Before Your Appointment

All facial waxing services should be completed 72 hours before booking a make-up service.
Avoid facial peels and laser treatments before booking a make-up service to prevent skin irritation.
Please inform your stylists of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or prior skin conditions at the time of booking to prevent reactions.
Prepare your skin by arriving with a clean, makeup-free face, and gently exfoliate and moisturize the night before your service.
For all hair service appointments, hair should be clean, dry, untangled, and product-free. Hair should be washed within 72 hours of the appointment to ensure the best results. There is an additional $30 detangling fee if needed at the time of your appointment.

We strive to use high-quality professional products during every service.
If you would prefer to use your products from home, you're welcome to bring them with you. However, we cannot guarantee what the final result will look like. We strongly suggest using Back to Your Roots Beauty’s provided products.
An in-person consultation will be provided at the time of your appointment to ensure that the stylist comprehends the client’s vision.
Inspiration pictures are welcome and encouraged. However, I am a beautician, not a magician.
The stylist will review your inspiration photos and formulate a final look to enhance your own personal natural characteristics.

If you have symptoms of a contagious illness (pink eye or the flu), cancel or reschedule.
As a stylist, we work in close proximity to our clients. As a business, we strive to provide quality hygiene standards. We strictly follow health and safety guidelines provided by the Idaho Barbers and Cosmetology licensing board.
